Meet the Team
Rosemary Collins
Rosemary founded RCA Executive Search as a boutique search firm serving media and entertainment, information services and tech clients in January 2011.
She is a former Senior Client Partner in the London office of Korn Ferry International, where she led the European media practice, and a former Executive Director of Russell Reynolds Associates and a member of the Media and Convergence practice.
Her executive search experience spans broadcasting and on demand, all forms of digital media and publishing, information services and solutions and digital commerce.
Stephen Buchanan
Stephen has worked in executive search in the media, technology and services sectors since 1996. He is the founder and Managing Director of Research Europe and coordinates our research services.
His media sector experience spans international TV production, US broadcasters, information services providers, software, data and analytics, the music majors, B2B and B2C publishers, and digital retail and content businesses. He has completed both executive and non-executive roles.
